- comments: observed no hot water (44. 2f-75. 3f) at handwashing sinks in girls' and boys' washrooms. Instructed manager to provide hot water at all handwashing sinks for proper handwashing. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed over 100 mice droppings scattered inside compressor units under prep tables and holding units in serving area, on floor along walls and corners behind coolers and holding units in serving area, on floor around pipes under electrical panel in hallway near kitchen. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed dust buildup on walls, ceiling and light shields near 3-compartment sink. Observed debris on floors along walls and corners in electrical rooms and around vending machines in hallway. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
