- comments: observed the front entrance doors not rodent proofed as required; instructed to rodent proof doors to avoid possible rodent entry.

- comments: observed the following equipment in need of cleaning: interior of prep cooler in rear prep area, can opener blade/sleeve holder on rear prep table storage shelves inside of walk-in cooler and on selling floor. Clean and maintain.

- comments: observed peeling paint on the wall in the employee washroom; instructed to repaint where needed.
