I had beef fajitas and some cheese enchilada. I did dress the fajitas with the lettuce and sour cream that came with the meal. Also had some ranch beans, rice, queso and refried beans. I started to become ill ~90 minutes later, sweating and severe stomach ache. I began vomiting 2 hours later, every two hours. Hot sweats, cold chills accompanying. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Chills, Sweating, Stomach Pain
