Adobada Tacos Cause Illness - LOS TACOS No.1, New York New York

My wife and I ordered a to-go meal from here on the evening of 5/13, around 6pm. I had 4 adobada (marinated pork) tacos, and she had 1 adobada taco, 1 chicken taco, and 1 nopal taco. The next morning, around 6am, I woke up violently ill with severe, non-stop diarrhea, stomach pain, chills, etc. My wife also had diarrhea but her symptoms were much milder than mine. At around 10am she drove me to the ER as I was severely dehydrated and could no longer walk without getting dizzy. I was given IV hydration, magnesium, and anti-diarrhea/nausea medication.
