My son has played in the yard all day today then randomly got diarrhea and started vomiting after eating a bowl of lucky charms cereal. Brand new box I bought this morning just for him because I was cooking rice and gravy for dinner and he doesn’t eat that.
I then remembered a few days ago my father in law randomly started vomiting and he had mentioned that he thought the milk upset his stomach from when he ate a bowl of LUCKY CHARMS. That’s a little odd.
Well, my sister called and I proceeded to tell her about everything and she thought it was just a coincidence and that I may be over thinking. Then said, lucky charms sound good right about now and that she was gunna go eat some as a snack. 3 hours later she called me back apologizing saying that I should report it bc she was sick as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
