Went lunch sat aug 10 at 2 pm ate 1/2 wedge salad with minimal Italian dressing and a slice of their house bread and two small pieces of baked cod and four glasses of e water with lemon. After we left about 10 min later I started to feel bad and stomach pains. Got home laid down for four hours with severe abdominal pain. Finally went to hospital because I couldn’t take the pain anymore Admitted to hospital for evaluations and tests. They think it might have been the fish., Just I that got sick. About 15 minutes after leaving | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
