- comments: observed additional monitoring station placed throughout prep area by manager must remove and maintain.

- comments: must provide a thermometer for open display case with tcs foods stored inside on sales floor.

- comments: must label food storage containers when food is not in original package.

- comments: must label packaged food items on display for sale(paletas,desserts,cut fruit,sandwiches) with proper info given.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 25 or more rat droppings on floor under staircase and table with a massive amount of clutter (clothing and papers etc) and a dead rat on floor under staircase. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 2/27/25. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)(citation issued)

- comments: observed a gap along bottom of rear exterior door and front door in right corner must make door tight fitting to prevent insect entry.

- comments: must remove rust from lid of grease trap at 3- compartment sink.

- comments: must install a backflow device on ice machine to be seen for servicing.

- comments: must elevate,remove or organize a massive amount of clutter in basement on floor and on tables.
