- comments: observed approximately 140 mouse droppings scattered throughout the facility in the following areas: rear storage area between pallets, front prep area under unused hot hold tables, along wall by hot hold cabinet, in storage area near lockers. Instructed person in charge to remove all mouse droppings and sanitize areas. Priority foundation #7-38-020(a). Citation issued.

- comments: observed excessive build up of food debris on bottoms of prep tables. Instructed person in charge to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed debris, trash, unused small wares scattered throughout premises under tables, and along walls. Instructed person in charge to clean all areas and maintain.
