- comments: observed no chicago food sanitation manager on site or valid certificate posted. A chicago food sanitation manager must be on site and valid certificate posted at all times tcs food prepared and served. Priority foundation 7-38-012
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hot water (122. 1f-128. 9f) above maximum of 120f at hand washing sinks in annex first and second floor boys, girls and staff washrooms. Instructed manager to maintain hot water 100-120f at all hand washing sinks. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c)
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly at hand washing sinks in boys, girls, and staff annex and main building washrooms. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed milk crates used as shelving inside walk-in cooler/freezer. Instructed manager to provide adequate shelving for storage.

- comments: observed items stored on floor in pre-k closet 106. Instructed manager to store all items six inches off floor away from walls for easy cleaning and pest control.

- comments: observed no light in kitchen staff locker room washroom. Instructed manager to provide adequate lighting inside washrooms.

- comments: previous core violation not corrected from report #2608081 on 12-9-24:53-the trash receptacle in the toilet room used by the cafeteria staff has no lid. Instructed to provide a trash receptacle with a lid/cover. Maintain same. Priority foundation 7-42-090
