- High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed 2 live roaches in dry storage room off the side of the kitchen. Observed 6 live roaches in dry storage area in the back of the kitchen. Observed one live roach underneath prep table in prep area off the side of the kitchen in between the dry storage areas. Observed 3 live roaches in dining areas mens restroom. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2023-04-07: Three live roaches on prep table legs under grill. Two live roaches on dry storage rack in kitchen area. One live roach on bin of towels in back kitchen area. One live roach on urinal in mens room. One live roach under hand sink at front counter. One live roach on wall in dry storage room. Also, dead roaches observed. Two dead roaches on gaskets of reach in chest freezer. Approximately 30 dead roaches on floor in kitchen. Two dead roaches in oven on cookline. Three dead roaches on wall over ware wash area. **Admin Complaint** - From follow-up inspection 2023-04-10: Seven live roaches in bottom of Pepsi cooler. Three live roaches on dry storage shelf. Three live roaches on board over prep table. Three live roaches on wall in kitchen area near dry storage room. Two live roaches on floor in kitchen area. Also, ten dead roaches throughout kitchen. **Admin Complaint**
