Inspectors found a significant food safety violation involving pest activity. They observed about 16 or more live roaches in wall gaps, under sinks, inside a freezer panel, and in cabinet areas, along with a few dead roaches. They also observed about 25 or more small flies in first-floor and basement food preparation areas, including on walls, ceilings, and the outside of boxed dry food and paper goods. A citation was issued for this priority violation.

Additional issues included food debris buildup on equipment and storage shelves, damaged wall trim, items stored on the floor and against walls in basement areas, and dust buildup on dining area walls.
