- comments: observed 2 coolers with inadequate ambient air temperatures of 44 f and 50 f. One cooler has multiple doors with 2 doors measuring adequate temperatures. No food placed in coolers at time of inspection. Coolers tagged. Priority violation 7-38-005 no citation issued.

48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no irreversible registering temperature indicator for measuring utensil surface temperature in hot water dish machines. Manager provided test strips for measuring water temperature only. Instructed manager to provide irreversible registering temperature indicator. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005 no citation issued.

58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed certified food manager with expired food allergen training. Instructed manager to ensure all certified managers have an up to date food allergen certificate.
