- comments: 4-603. 15 observed large mixing bowls that are too large to be submerged in the 3 compartment sink. Instructed to provide a written procedure on washing rinsing and sanitizing large mixing bowls on site, or only use mixing bowls that can be submerged in the 3 compartment sink or provide a 3 compartment sink with compartments large enough for the largest piece of equipment on site.
