- comments: observed leaks at the bottom of the 3 comp sink in the produce area. Must repair and maintain. Also defrost and clean the ice display freezer in the front of the store.

- comments: floors need cleaning in the following areas to remove spills, debris and/or grease: main kitchen, walk in dairy cooler, starbucks and through out the rear storage areas.
