- comments: found a hose sticking out of ceiling tile leaking liquid over clean utensils at 3-comp sink at main kitchen. Source of liquid is unknown, instructed manager to prevent any drippings or leaks over clean utnsils or open foods. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Hose is dircted to floor drain by the end of inspection.
