- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sink in rear food preparation area and customer's washrooms. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed a few water damaged ceiling tiles in rear food preparation area above shelvings and above refrigeration units. Must repair/replace and maintain. Observed ceiling drywall in disrepair and covered with plastic in rear food storage area where walk-in cooler is located. Must repair ceiling must be smooth and easily cleanable surface. Must make walls in customer's washroom smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.
