Instructed facility to establish an appropriate employee health policy and maintain with verifiable signed copies on site for all food employees in acknowledgment of reporting agreement. - comments: violation still remains. No hot running water available at 3 compartment sink for wash rinse and sanitizing. Instructed to correct. 5-103. 12 12/23/25. Observed a trickle of water at three compartment sink in the prep area. Water is not sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands. Informed person in charge facility must repair and maintain. Priority violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
