- comments: upon arrival, i observed no certified food manager with the original city of chicago food service manager certificate on site, while open and operating. Instructed a certified food manager must be on site with the original city of chicago food service manager certificate posted at all times while open and operating. Another manager arrived on site with an original city of chicago food service manager certificate at the end of the walk through of the facility. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012, citation issued
8. Hands clean & properly washed
- comments: observed food handler not washing hands before changing task. Observed a food handler with gloves on wiping down equipment with a wiping cloth in the main prep area and then started to handle food items (two english muffins) with the same gloves. Approximately 2lbs at $5 discarded at this time. Instructed to always wash hands after engaging in activities that contaminate the hands. Priority violation 7-38-010, citation issued
