- comments: the left washbowl in the girl's toilet room in the annex and in the staff's toilet room needs to be recaulked at the top of the sink. Instructed to recaulk and maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: the first two washbowls in the girls/boys toilet rooms near the cafeteria hot/cold water does not stay on long enough for adequate hand washing. The third washbowls in the same two toilet rooms has no hot/cold running water. Instructed to open the faucets so that they stay on for at minimum 20 seconds and provide running water to the other sinks. Maintain good and adequate plumbing.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: the outside dumpster overflowing with large black garbage bags. Dumpster is so full that the lids can't close. Instructed to keep lids on the dumpsters tight fitted. Must either have more frequent pick ups or get a dumpster large enough to handle the volume of trash accumilated. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) no citation issued
