- comments: observed missing handwashing signage at the handwashing sink near the front coffee, beverage, and ice cream prep area. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed timed faucets not properly functioning in women's toilet room. Instructed water must run continously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed the ice scoop improperly stored inside of the ice bin located near the coffee, beverage, and ice cream prep area. Instructed to properly store ice scoop to prevent contamination.
40. Personal cleanliness
- comments: observed three food handlers without hair restraints. Instructed to provide proper hair restraints while in the food prep area and maintain.
