- comments: observed timed faucets not properly functioning in women's toilet room. Instructed water must run continously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed the ice scoop improperly stored inside of the ice bin located near the coffee, beverage, and ice cream prep area. Instructed to properly store ice scoop to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed three food handlers without hair restraints. Instructed to provide proper hair restraints while in the food prep area and maintain.
