- comments: observed soiled wiping cloths stored improperly in coffee/icecream prep. Instructed to store in sanitizing solution as required.

- comments: observed beverage dispenser drive through window with excessive splatter and brown like buildup where cups sit while dispensing drinks, noted food debris on exterior surfaces of equipment next to ice bin/machine. Instucted to clean and maintain equipment.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floor drains throughout facility in need of cleaning as well as excessive trash, grease and dried food debris behind heavy equipment throughout prep (fryers) in coffee/ice cream prep near ice machines. Insrructed to provide and maintain.
