I order French fries and a mushroom Swiss hamburger from McDonald’s. I noticed the burger wasn’t really hot and was kind of lukewarm. About 2-3 hours after eating the meal I felt nauseous and an upset stomach., I ordered French Fried and a mushroom swiss hamburger. The line was really lomg through the drive through. When I got my food the burger was lukewarm temperature. My children ate chicken tenders and fries and they did not get sick. The upset stomach | Symptoms: Nausea
