I ordered good at apprx 930am from McDonald's and started to feel nausea and cramps. My husband and I ordered two different meals. Mine was the egg, cheese and bacon bagel with a hash brown and med cafe mocha. His was a steak, cheese and egg bagel. He didn't feel any symptoms yet. About 2pm I started to feel nauseated and told my husband I wanted to be at home in bed and felt like throwing up. We were an hour away from home. The minute I got home I threw up and felt fever and high chills. I didn't eat anything else and the smell of the food he was cooking was making me more sick. I threw up 3 times and told him I wanted to take a hot hot hot shower and didn't feel good at all. I had diareah after my shower and throwing up again. My cramp was severe in the middle of my stomach. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
