- comments: observed no chicago food sanitation manager on site or valid certificate posted with tcs food (eggs 153. 5f) prepared and served. A certified manager must be on site and valid certificate posted at all times tcs food prepared and served. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issed
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hot water (159. 4f) at front hand washing sink above maximum temperature of 120f. Instructed manager to repair and maintain 100-120f water at hand washing sink. Priority foundation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand washing sinks in men and women washrooms. Instructed manager to provide hand washing signs at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed containers of oatmeal for retail sale being prepared/stored on table in employee breakroom/locker room. Instructed manager to remove to prevent contamination. Food may not be stoed in locker rooms.

- comments: observed ice scoop laying on ice inside ice machine. Instructed manager to properly store ice scoop handle up to prevent contamination.

- comments: observed prep cooler door in front beverage area not closing properly. Instructe manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed food spills and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of beverage machines, prep coolers, reach-in coolers, holding units and cooking equipment. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed leaking stopper under 3-compartment sink. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed food debris and spills on floor under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in front beverage, rear prep, dish washing and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
