I always have a Big Mac and a Royal Bacon, fries and a zero sugar soda. A few hours later I have referrals then stomach pain then diarrhea and finally I am forced to vomit myself. Afterwards I had a sensitive stomach and intestine for 24 hours. I don't know if it's the Big Mac sauce, the cheddar cheese, or the burger bun that doesn't work. This happened to me three times in two months (May and June 2025) in three geographically distant restaurants... Nangis and Provins in Seine-et-Marne and La Flèche in Sarthe. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
