On Saturday, October 29th, my brother and I stopped for breakfast at Mcdonald's at Carolina Beach NC. I had a sausage bagel, hashbrowns, and coffee. My brother had an egg mcmuffin, hash browns, and coffee. About 2-3 hours later I had stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, and vommitting. My brother had diarrhea and stomach cramps 2-3 hours afterwards also. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
