I ate there on Friday night (14Jan22). I think it was the Cole slaw. One other person had it, and both of us got sick. Within 4 hours, I was feeling unwell. Have been ill with loose stools for 3 days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Started throwing up within 3 hours of esting triple tail fish. Reported to Restaurant, they took my phone number and stated they would call me back if they needed any more infom  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

On 3/28, ate Grilled chicken and it did taste funny. Ate it anyways. Going on 2 days of stomach pain following violent vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

On Saturday, October 29th, my brother and I stopped for breakfast at Mcdonald's at Carolina Beach NC. I had a sausage bagel, hashbrowns, and coffee. My brother had an egg mcmuffin, hash browns, and coffee. About 2-3 hours later I had stomach cramps, diarrhea, nausea, and vommitting.… See more
