June 16,2022 I became very ill I always come here to get a #7 meal which is a two cheeseburger meal with a drank and fry I always ask for ONLY CHEESE AND KETCHUP they always slapped my order together poorly & put other condiments I specifically said not to put on there for 1 the fries are always over salted , soggy & old and the grease leaves a odd nasty taste on the fries …, Well around 4:21 pm I received my order I ordered the same meal but added a 4 piece nugget once again my burgers and fries are disgusting and have onions , mustard , pickles when I said ONLY KETCHUP as I was eating the food tasted weird and had weird slimy , mushy texture but I didn’t think anything of it I finished eating around 4:40 around 5:35pm I had violent stomach pains and cramps than began to vomit and poop at the same time and had sweat and chills I will not be eating here ever again I should have just based the experience off the 1 star reviews this place had this place should be inspected . | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Chills, Sweating
