Cheeseburger Illness Alert - McDonald's, Greenville South Carolina

We stopped in last night for dinner around 8:30 pm all 5 kids got chicken nugget happy meals and I grabbed a Bacon Double Cheeseburger (no onion and no pickle). I started to eat it and after the fourth bite my instinct said this just doesn’t taste that great so I decided to stop eating it. By 11pm my stomach was hurting and I went to bed. It woke me up throughout the night with extreme stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea that I have n bet felt before! Here I am now day two and it’s subsiding but still not front completely. Be careful people this SUCKS AND IT HURTS!!!! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
