- comments: observed the prep line cooler #3 in the food prep area with an air temperature of 60. 0f. No tcs foods were found in said cooler at this time of inspection. Instructed manager all cold holding units must maintain cold holding temperature of 41. 0f or colder at all times. Instructed to repair and maintain. The prep line cooler #3 is tagged "held for inspection" at this time. Instructed not to use until repaired. Priority violation 7-38-005. (see comments).

51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed water leak at base of faucet at the 3-compartment sink. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and maintain.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: must provide lid/cover for the waste receptacle inside the women washroom and maintain.
