Beef Mishap: Uncooked, Hair - McHale's Bar & Grill, New York New York

My fiancé and I met up for lunch during our work day, and I ordered steak nachos (which were supposed to be well done) and he ordered a bacon burger (well done) he and I agreed that our “beef” tasted unusual (frozen) and I tried to find the words to explain the cut up steak I had... (I also tried to wash it down with the mojito - couldn’t drink my ice water because of the hair I pulled out of it.)The beef was mostly Bright red on the inside. I didn’t eat another bite after moving over the guacamole (bright green which was slapped on - could have been store bought or canned) and visualizing the cheese which may have also been canned.. (not fresh)
This is rather embarrassing but I drove back home right after that meal and didn’t make it to the toilet. Multiple times on my route first vomiting... (1 hr & 45 minutes) then followed by explosive diarrhea. (Currently still in the bathroom ?)
Please, guys, when it comes to serving the public, no offense but drinks may be the specialty.. not the food. It takes a lot for me to get sick... & i could barely ingest whatever that was. So the plate left the table full.
I would have said something there but I did not want to make the waitress uncomfortable.... and my fiancé had to rush back to work for a meeting. But theres definitely something about that beef and the condiments.. ? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
