- comments: observed the (walk-in cooler #3) in the kitchen prep area with an air temperature of 70. 0f. No tcs foods were found in said walk-in-cooler at this time of inspection. Instructed manager all cold holding units must maintain cold holding temperature of 41. 0f or colder at all times. Instructed to repair and maintain. Walk-in-cooler #3 is tagged 'held for inspection' at this time. Instructed not to use until repaired. Priority violation 7-38-005.

- comments: instructed to detail clean exterior top of the high temperature dishmachine and interior of rolling insulated base storage cart.
