I need to talk to a lawyer about food poison - they had sold me some spoiled pastrami chili cheese fries yesterday and it was spoiled and I ate a little bit and I've been feeling sick throwing up and I got food poisoning, diarrhea what can I do can I sue them what is the options of that.I've been throwing up and diarrhea holding my stomach feeling pains in my pancreas - I'm a diabetic I have seizures I take a lot of medication that's not right for a restaurant like that to serve somebody some spoiled food
Yesterday December the 2nd and I'm the only one that got sick cuz I'm the only one that bought the food to eat and it was spoiled and I took it back to the restaurant and the lady came out and she smelled it and she was like yeah it's spoiled she was like do you want to refund or do you want something else I told her you could give me a hamburger and some fries but the hamburger is less the pastrami chili cheese fries cost more and I didn't receive any change back from that and I got sick I've been throwing up since today and diarrhea I've been holding my stomach I came here eating nothing I came here to taste nothing no water no soda no juice not even my food I don't have no taste buds in my mouth in my stomach been hurting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
