- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on the premise during the time of inspection. Noted approximately 22 small rodent droppings scattered on floors in the dry storage room under shelving racks and in corners. Instructed to remove droppings and clean and sanitize areas. Must eliminate pest activity. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (a). No citation issued.

- comments: observed microwave located in cafeteria with excessive amounts of dried food debris on interior surfaces. Instructed to clean.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed middle handsink located in 1st floor girls' toilet room piping detached under bowl with water leaking onto floor. Instructed to reattach and maintain in good condition.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered receptacle in the employee toilet room. Instructed person in charge to provide covered receptacle for sanitary products and maintain.
