- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly in kindergarten washrooms. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed over 30 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls under shelving units in dry storage area, on floor in corner under drainboard near scrape sink, on floor along walls behind ice machine, on electrical outlets behind cooking equipment. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed handwashing sink slowly draining in lunchroom staff washroom. Observed loose faucet on left handwashing sink and right handwashing sink not operable in girls third floor washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered receptacle in first floor unisex staff washroom. Instructed manager to provide covered receptacle in all women and unisex washrooms.

- comments: observed dust buildup on light fixtures and wiring in prep and serving areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed no light in walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to provide adequate lighting inside walk-in cooler.
