- comments: observed wiping cloths on various prep tables in rear kitchen. Instructed to hold wiping cloths in proper sanitizing buckets with sanitizing solution in between use.

- comments: observed all cutting boards on site with deep cuts & stains. Instructed to restore to a smooth and easy to clean surface by sanding, resealing, or replacing and maintaining.
