- comments: observed no hand washing signs at hand washing sink in serving area. Instructed manager to provide hand washing sign at all hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed timed faucets not functioning properly in washroom. Instructed manager to repair. Water must run continously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed over 50 mice droppings scattered on ledges, floor along walls and corners in first floor fire pump room, 30 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in first floor electrical room, 20 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners in storage room near engineer office, 30 mice droppings scattered on table, floor along walls and corners in second floor east mechanical room. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
