- High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. -Observed an spray bottle with chemical chemical stored next to clean food containers. Operator removed and stored properly. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**

- High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. -Observed no vacuum breaker on 2 hose bibbs next to 3 compartment sink. **Repeat Violation** **Warning**
