I ordered a mini mod on April 18th 2018. I got red sauce, pesto Canadian bacon pepperoni spicy sausage with mozzarella and Asiago cheese with Italian seasoning on then drizzled with sirchaci on it. No one ate my pizza except me. I became sick about 2 hours later throwing up and diarrhea for the next 12 hours. Could not get out of bed for 36 hours with exhaustion and dehydration. The only thing I could think of was it could have been the spicy sausage, which no else had on there pizza in my family. I had to miss half my sons confirmation due to getting sick at the church and missing work for the next 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Dehydration
