Ate half of a pizza at lunchtime on Thursday, April 28. The pizza had red sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham, pepperoni, roasted garlic, and about five slices of jalapeno. Felt fine and finished the other half for dinner. Hardly ate anything that day other than the pizza. About an hour after dinner became violently ill and remained sick until roughly 3pm on Friday. No doubt in my mind it was from the pizza. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
