I walk in and order a pizza with cauliflower crust. They pulled it out from under the shelf already premade and maybe prepackaged, not sealed possibly, for who knows how long. I don't even know if it was refrigerated. Didn't get anything crazy on it, just pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, olives, cucumbers, onions, mozzarella cheese, tomato sauce, and that's it. Immediately the next day I started to have chills and I knew something bad was coming. Led into a multi-day fever, and 6 days of pure liquid #2 in the bathroom with mega cramps from loss of electrolytes. Never having cauliflower crust there again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills
