6/1/2026- I ordered a adobo chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese, queso, and the chips. I arrived back to work ate 4 forks full and threw the rest away. Got home and ate the chips. I felt a headache first then I starting feeling nauseated, and had chills. Felt bad the rest of the night and still feeling nauseated today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache
