I ate a black bean burrito with corn salsa and queso. Black olives, lettuce, onions and cheese. I ate it with salsa from the salsa bar. The next morning I had massive stomach cramps and got up to sit on the toilet, before any progress was made i began violently throwing up. I couldn't keep down water and it had such velocity and volume. It ended about 12-14 hours later. My fever came on rapidly and peeked at 101.1 the next morning I'm already feeling better, though my stomach is in a lot of pain. Going to urgent care now just to document everything. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
