Spicy Bowl, ER Visit - Moe's Southwest grill, Camillus New York

Ordered a half steak half chicken bowl. With half and half of both rices. Corn, diced onions, pico, lettuce, and with the hottest salsa drizzled on top as well. Woke up in the middle of the night with aggressive vommiting and diarrhea. Threw up from 1:30am until 11:30am. Admitted into the hospital at 9:30am. Gave me IV fluids and IV Zofran. They tested for RSV, Flu A, Flu B, and COVID. All came back negative and they ruled food poisoning is the cause. Ate my moes at 8-9PM the night before all of this began.

Update 2025, January 17th:
Have been discharged from ED. Have thrown up 2 more times on my way home. Time is now 3:15pm | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Vomiting
