- comments: observed a small black fan over the sandwich prep line with a build up of dust on it. Instructed to remove as it is a source of possible contamination of the food contact surface below and foods prepared in the area.

- comments: observed the shelving in the walk in cooling unitl in need of a detail cleaning. Instructed to clean and maintain all as a means of preventing possible contamination of stored foods.

- comments: observed the unisex toilet room on the left with a missing lid on the trash receptacle. Instructed to provide and maintain.

- comments: observed the floor behind the cookline along the wall with a build up of dirt, grease and food debris. Instructed to clean and maintain area as a means of preventing possible pest and or insect activity.
