We bought a box of seasoned mussels; I don't remember the brand name, but they were butter garlic flavored. About 2-3 hours afterwards, my husband began profusely throwing up, and has been to the restroom to throw up 2 more times. We had the mussels with pesto pasta, so that's the only thing that would cause his symptoms. Myself and our kids did not experience any symptoms. | Symptoms: Vomiting
