High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 10 rodent droppings under dry storage metal shelf in dry storage area, 2 rodent droppings in the single-service storage area, 1 rodent dropping to the right of the water heater, 1 rodent dropping to the left of the chemical storage shelf in the rear of the dining area. Operator discarded droppings, cleaned, and sanitized the area. Observed 6 rodent droppings on the back side of the bottom of the reach-in freezer by the compressor in a prep area in the kitchen to the right of the cook line. Operator discarded droppings, cleaned, and sanitized the area.
High Priority - Rodent burrow or rodent nesting materials present in dry storage area under bottom metal shelf and to the left of the ice machine in the dry storage area. Operator discarded nesting materials, cleaned, and sanitized the area.
High Priority - Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed.
