- comments: observed improper fresh hot water sanitizing rinse for a stationary rack single temperature high temperature dish machine at 79f. Instructed to repair high temperature dish machine, the temperature of the fresh hot water sanitizing rinse as it enters the manifold may not be less than 165f. Priority violation 7-38-025 citation issued.

- comments: observed milk crates used to elevate containers of used oil in the dishwashing area. Instructed to eliminate milk crates used for elevation and to provide adequate shelving to elevate all food and non food items at least six inches off of floor for ease of cleanability.

- comments: observed dust on ceiling above counter top where customers food is placed. Instructed to clean ceiling in said area. Observed dust on wall next to ice scoop holder. Instructed to clean wall near ice scoop holder.
