- comments: observed no certified food managers certificate on duty while tcs foods are being prepared and handled such as (coffee,desserts,salads,etc) must be on site at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-012)(citation issued)

- comments: observed no hand drying devices at hand sink in staff toilet room and rear prep/dish washing area,paper towels were provided at hand sinks during inspection. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(cos)

- comments: must clean grease and food debris build up from floor under,around,along wall bases in prep and dish washing areas including floor drains.

- comments: previous core violations from report #2619405 6/18/25 not corrected as follows: -#38-6-202. 15 : observed a gap along the bottom of the rear door must make a tight fitting. #39-3-307. 11 : must provide a splash guard at hand sinks in coffee prep and main serving line hand sinks. #55-6-501. 13 : must clean debris buildup from the floor drain and the floor in the bar area. #57-2-102. 13 : must provide food handlers training for all employees and maintain.
