- comments: 4-501. 110: observed temperature of the wash solution in high temperature dish machine at improper temperature of 130f. Instructed repair high temperature dish machine in wash solution in spray type warewashers that use hot water to sanitize may not be less than 150f. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-025 citation issued

- comments: 4-601. 11(c):observed speed racks in large rear walk in cooler with food debris and buildup on surfaces. Instructed to clean speed racks in said area and maintain. Observed buildup up on cooking equipment in rear of zone 5. Observed buildup on flat top grill, oven top around eyes and exterior of doors on double stacked ovens. Instructed to clean said equipment and maintain.

- comments: 5-205. 15: observed non working toilets in three stalls in women's washroom and one non working urinal in men's washroom. Instructed to repair non working toilets in women's washroom and non working urinal in men's washroom. (note said men and women's washrooms have other properly functioning toilets and urinals. ) observed non working prep sink in kitchen 7. Instructed to repair and maintain. Observed leaking drainpipe of middle compartment of three compartment sink in dishwashing room of zone 1/2. Instructed to repair leaking drainpipe of said three compartment sink and maintain.

- comments: 5-501. 17: observed no covered receptacle in first stall on side with two wheel chair accessible stalls. Instructed to provide covered receptacle in said stall for sanitary products.

- comments: 6-501. 14: observed dust and grease builup on filters in hoods in zones 2,3,4 and 5. Instructed to clean filters in hoods in zones 2,3,4 and 5 and maintain.
